Lauran Star utilizes her authenticity and brutal but compassionate honesty to address business issues with solid solutions for the past three decades. She is known to dive in where other tread lightly yet is insightful, warm, and approachable. Her belief that success is not a linear path and has compelled Lauran to the top of her field.

A leading Organizational/ Business Psychologist (ABD), with a specialization in leadership, diversity/ inclusion and business ethics, she works closely within leadership and human resource management focusing on organizations most important business asset – their employee’s. Lauran understands the diversity and leadership challenges your organization is facing and has solutions that are based in real world application. ​​She is known for uncovering blind spots to achieve optimal performance and enhanced retention

Lauran has over three decade of human resource/ leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies; helping them create an organizational culture that thrives in today’s business. Prior to her corporate life Lauran performed on Broadway in the late 1980’s and is a retired member of the United States Armed Forces, as a trauma medic in Dessert Storm. Lauran is a true original as she believes obstacles are just moments of opportunity to grow.

She has been featured on CBS Radio; published in Forbes Women, Huffington Post, Talent Management, Society of Human Resource Management, and other trade magazines; and is the author of several national and international award winning books her forthcoming book Pivotal Inclusion- Creating Excellence in Organizational Culture.
